Shaolin Cotton Fist (Rou Quan) is an internal training practice in Chinese Kung Fu. Legend has been created by the second ancestor of the Shaolin Temple, Hui Ke (慧柯), with a total of three ways of Cotton Fist. It has always been the secret training at the Shaolin Temple in Songshan Mountain. Shaolin Cotton Fist (Rou Quan) not only has a strong and powerful external power, but also a soft and incomparable internal power. External power is the main rigid, internal power is the main soft. The strength is soft and rigid.
