Thank you for such a thorough tutorial! The only criticism I have is that the little effects when showing the different views, sometimes twice for the same view were very distracting and kind of messed with my eyes, haha.

so do you think that that sword is for demonstration use only or that they think that sword is actually useful?

The sword he was using or the form itself? As for the sword of course it is a spring steel demonstration jian. Obviously due to the rise of the gun sword forms and other traditional weapons forms are mostly for demonstration and art form these days. Still does not mean that the forms wouldn't create an effective straight sword fighter though.

Zzzzzzzz... Boring If I wanna get fit, I'd rather log onto Facebook & double click on my own pictures all day then log off or seat down with a fat pizza, a bottle coke & watch Shifu Yan Lei's way of the warrior DVD I bought @ Tefnell Park a few years ago 10 times for the day. That! would get me fit. This is too watered down chances are, this not a true Chinese traditional Wu shu. Sorry.
