Занимался 2 года рукопашным боем где нас задрачивали на всевозможные ката. Кроме того были и приемы и нагрузка на физику. Там я в спарингах был довольно слабеньким бойцом. Потом пошел на Славяно-горецкую борьбу, если сравнивать с восточными единоборствами по стилю напоминает винчум. Ни каких приемов, даже физухи практически нет, только пластика движения и грамотное чередование сокращения и расслабления мышц за два месяца. У тренера нас занималось всего пара человек и спаринговаться между собой было не очень интересно, разница в уровне не понятно потому что с другом деремся вроде как на одном уроне, а с тренером было бесполезно пытаться как то стоять в спаринге. Вернулся к тренеру по рукопашному но с условием, разминаюсь отдельно от всех, так как делаем на славянке, а участвую только чисто в спарингах. А там уже посмотрим что дальше... Тренер согласился. Пока все бегали по спортзалу, отжимались, качали пресс и отрабатывали приемы я просто взбивал воздух, потягивания делал (без растяжки, от неё полностью отказались и при этом я без растяжки шапку с головы снимал ногой сверстникам, но удар в несколько раз стал сильнее), отжимался тоже, но по собственной системе всего 3-5 отжиманий, каждое по 20 секунд с ровным выдохом на спуске и второй выдох на подъеме, и достаточно. Пришло время спарингов.... Я размотал всех в сухую! Дрался теперь только с самым сильным учеником на рукопашке, но тренироваться продолжал только у тренера по славянке. А с тренером по рукопашке уже больше просто общались как старые знакомые и иногда чисто вдвоем уходили тренироваться и теперь он уже у меня чему-то даже учился и что то перенимал. И уже вместе мы с ним смешивая обе техники вместе на краевой ринг вывели чемпиона который вырубил в нокаут всех мужиков по армейскому рукопашному бою только закончив школу! Тренер по рукопашке вообще отказался от этих ката и стал называть их полным бредом после того как столкнулся с новой техникой. Ну а как сложилась судьба того парня я уже не скажу точно, я даже имени его не запомнил. Знаю только одно что он потом поступил в офицерское училище и жизнь бойца на ринге его мало интересовала, он хотел быть военным.

In Indonesia, we have martial art school that named Perisai Diri. The school claims that it's technique was rooted from Shaolin Kung Fu, that was brought by immigrant from China. That claim is of course hard to proof. But the school has a stand named "Putri Bersedia" and movement named "Lompat Tipuan Putri", and both look exactly the same with technique shown in video. I really proud of it.
