​@diot05 in terms of like overall power he probably is because he can command law but in terms of combat he is on par with the Archon or some Archon like zhongli, raiden can beat him. We don't know because we did not gauge how strong they are because zhongli did not even participate at all in the battle, raiden is just fighting herself, venti just don't want to fight. Nahida, well her power is to retry as much as she can to get that 0.00001% of winning. But it's probably safe to assume that Tsaritas will probably be as strong or even stronger than the dragon sovereign with all the gnosis she have, it's understanble if she really is going to challenge celestia or even higher beings.

Gnosis are residue and made from the essence of dragon soveriegns but archons like zhongli and raiden had been fighting and are powerful on their own prior to obtaining the gnosis, the gnosis only gave them. Water efficiency with their elements, so the real power scale between them still can't be confirmed.

Its clear that mavuika is in advantage here: 1. She was literally using Kinich's weapon, not even hers. And outside of his weapon she did not use any other kind of weapon, and for techniques she used one missile like attack only 2. She panted after the fight, but there were no damage on her body, while capitano suffered a direct hit on his chest 3. After the final clash between both, the color of the power turned from grey to red, while it may be for cinematic effects, it could signify that in the clash of power Mavuika has won (since red is her color) 4. Capitano retreated with help of Ororun so mavuika won the fight, but its not shameful for capitano either, since he is fighting a literal archon with his own strength
