now we need all the hours he said he could talk about it at the beginning of the video

This is really well made. Really appreciate the connections to the physical world and not just putting on a bunch of slides with equations.

This is such a great video for an introduction to optimal mass transport! I love the snow analogy you gave! Helped me a lot to visualize what is going on.

It was an amazing video, I am trying to understand the uses of optimal transport for video alignment. Thanks for sharing such diverse knowledge about OT.

Hi Justin. Nice video. I wonder how this was produced. Did you write on a glass board and afterwards mirror the video content?

Awsome. Could indicate some easy materials to undestand optimal transport?

Very curious about the Gromve-Wasserstein and matrix vectorization field problem, hoping anyone else also interested in these problems could contact me.

1:37 You need to use charts that share the same axes, otherwise it's *really hard* to tell which are taller. Also, axes are not labelled. Negative 3 metres? Feet? The graphics is highly confusing.

Not gonna lie, these seem like vanishingly small issues relative to the many mistakes in this extremely informal 30 hour course. But I appreciate the feedback! Hope all is well.

11:16 using the same letter p for two different things *does not make sense.*

chill man its a casual introduction not "Topics in Optimal Transport: Old and New" 😭
