I was working in a Fatburger as a kid in Los Angeles. My uniform was visibly dirty and nasty, and when I walked back in from taking out the trash to the dumpsters, Shaq is sitting there waiting on an order. I said "Oh what's up Shaq", and he reaches out his hand for a handshake. I respond "Oh no man I just took out the trash". Shaq gets up and not only gives me a handshake, but a hug too. That was over 20 years ago and as a grown man now I have an infinite amount of respect for him. Truly a people person, and a great humanitarian.

A lot of players in the NBA acted so fake after his death acting like they were close to Kobe. Everyone who followed Kobe up close knows who he really fucked with in the NBA. What distinguishes Matt and Stacks is they mean it when they say “we won’t forget our brothers legacy”. They both voiced their opinion on Kobe’s ranking among the greatest of all time (they both have Kobe right after MJ).
