What makes this story powerful is that the doctors said he didn’t have much time to live but thru the amazing love and support that was brought into him he beat the odds and lived twice as long as he was supposed to ! 4:50 I saw some people on social media say that Charles was heartless to say something like this. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is what is known as "Honesty". We are honest with ourselves about what we can and cant do, but to admit to the world what we can and cant do takes courage. We are not perfect as humans, and Charles is just that, hes Human, explaining what he cant do. It takes courage to say something like that openly in a world where alot of people lie for the admiration.

Exactly. It actually emphasizes the family's goodness, as we all know how brutally challenging it must be to raise a child with the physical ailments Michael had. There's good, too, of course, in such a life shared, but it takes special people to see it that way and to follow through lovingly for decades.

Condolences to the Johnson's family. This has been a truly inspirational story for all of us. I hope the comfort here for the Johnson's family is knowing they have given a child the best life he could have. It's sad to lose a love one, but be glad that you enjoyed those memories with him together.
