The Best Skill That Nobody Teaches: Chicken/Swimming in Place

In this video we teach one of my favorite skills, we call it chicken. It's freestyle arms with hips up eggbeater kick. It's so useful in water polo from beginner players to professional players, you will see this skill being used often during water polo games. You can use it to seal your defender and hold them behind you. You can use it to break free of holds if a defender is grabbing you. The uses are endless. ‪@Shaquatics‬
