He Prabhu anānda dāta, gyān hamko dījiye; dūr kar ke hare purāyī ko, bhalāyī dījiye. 0.(Ref) Śharaṇa me’ āye, hai’ ham tumhāre; dayā karo, he dayālu Bhagavan. Sambhālo bigaṛī, daśhā hamārī; dayā karo, he dayā - lu Bhagavan. We have come to your shelter; kindly show mercy unto us, O Lord. Make our broken-condition better; and show kindness unto us, Lord. 1. Na ham me’ bal hai, na ham me’ śhakti; na ham me’ sādhan, na ham me’ bhakti. Tumhāre dar kē, hai’ ham bhikhārī, dayā karo he, dayālu Bhagavan. (Refrain) We have no strength, we have no power; we have no spiritual virtue, we have no true devotion. We have come to your door, as beggars; show kindness to us, Lord. 2. Jo tum pitā ho, to ham hai’ bālak; jo tum ho svāmī, to ham hai’ sevak. Jo tum ho ṭhākur, to ham pujārī; dayā karo he, dayālu Bhagavan. (Refrain) You are the father and we are your children; you are the master and we are your servants. You are the priest & we are the worshippers; show mercy to us, Lord. 3. Pradāna kar do, mahān śhakti; bharo hamāre, me’ gyān (jñān) bhakti. Tabhī kahāoge, tāpa hārī; dayā karo he, dayālu Bhagavan. (Refrain) Give unto us, great strength; fill us with knowledge & devotion. For only then will you be known, as the remover of sorrows; show kindness to us, O Lord. 4. Bhale jo hai’ ham, to hai’ tumhārē; bure jo hai’ ham, sudhār tumhāre (hai). Tumhāre ho kar, bhī ham dukhārī; dayā karo he dayālu Bhagavan. (Refrain) Whatever is good in us, all of that is yours; whatever is bad in us, we offer for correction. You are with us, still we have sorrows; show mercy unto us, O Lord. .
