@@tenniswilliam it was before this match. She did press speaking poorly abt Maria. Even this year, she’s unranked and a mid pickleball player and she still talks about tennis pros like she won a slam.

Sorry she is obliged to talk in a press conference and she is asked to give her opinion honestly. Maria was banned for using PEDs. It is unfair and destroys tennis. Do you like drug taking? Is it something you support? There is no excuse for what Maria did especially when she has natural talent. She robbed other players by taking PEDs and destroyed her reputation. Genie is correct to oppose drug use in tennis. The biggest problem we have generally in society is drugs. It is bad.

@ honestly I hate both Maria and eugenie. I don’t like Maria because of her doping and shrieking, and I don’t like eugenie w her loud mouth. It doesn’t matter, Maria is known now for her ban or her looks, and genie isn’t remembered for anything.
