SHAREfactory: Retro Items Wheel Fix

In this video I show a work around fix to the items wheel issue of not showing and using picked up items in ghost war/PvE on Ghost Recon Breakpoint. Now doing this once seems to fix it without having to repeat after every log in, do it one time and fixed.
