Hi, Great video. I am new to Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint. I created a microsoft tenant and want to access sharepoint from the side panel which is missing at my side. would you please guide me ?

It depends on your license you have. You might not have it in the license. But you can click the app launcher menu at the top and should see it there if you don’t see it on the left bar

I need your help again, I have a site on sharepoint and I need to share it with all my company, but I don't have a group with all employee due to the fact that are so many people. So what I want to is to share this site to everyone in my company for they be able to read it without request access, is it possible? How could I do that? Thanks again.

Sure, there is a default group you can use called “ everyone except external users” try that 👍

@@Dougie_Wood Thanks for answred, But this group isn't apper in the share site option. I've tried to do it. Configuration > Site Permitions > Share Site > Then when I look forward everyone except external users, this not work, did I make something wrong?

so in order to have the admin center we have to buy one of the plans and its not free, im I right?

Admin centre is not related to a license. But you need to have SharePoint in your license to access it. You can only access to SharePoint admin if you are a global admin or if you have the SharePoint admin role given to you by a global admin.
