SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) - Single file share source Vs Bulk Migration

I've noticed that in SPMT's migration options, there's no longer a menu offering to migrate the different versions of a document in the context of a file server. So a local Word document with several versions will be migrated without any version history in SharePoint. Or am I making a mistake?
