Used to live in uptown Manhattan for 15 years, nothing beats how conveniently close everything is in NYC. I do miss that sometimes but I don't miss those rent prices.

I love the tone of mild bitterness. Refreshing in a NYC tiny apartment tour when delusion is usually the order of the day. I liked and subscribed!

if you think 600 square feet is a tiny apartment then you don't know NYC. Add to that the doorman, elevator, etc...lets just say people who live there can afford to live there and can afford other places for more but choose NYC over it.

I love your style and the way you have taken care of the details like the lighting, the color scheme and some accessories like that wall watch and the selection of furniture. I need a coffee table like that to use with my Florence sofa from Manhattan Home Design. Thanks a million for the tour!

I’m 5’3 and the bar stool height thing is so annoying and frustrating… you either have your legs dangling and they fall asleep.. or the legs are short enough, but the seat is too low and you feel like a toddler sitting at the bar

it's insane that your rent is that much, especially considering so much stuff is broken! rent has gotten so bad here, and these new/renovated buildings are such bad quality and then they rent them out for so much money 🙄
@WesleyAnna2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, competition is so fierce you can't really ask your landlord for anything if it's not life threatening. Big price to pay to be in the ciy :c

75 dollars rent for furniture is a bit too much if you ask me. you could easy buy them all brand new and spend way less.. other than that.. nice aptmt tour ;)
@WesleyAnna2 жыл бұрын
The couch and TV alone were almost $10k 😅 plus at the time everything was back ordered so I would’ve been sleeping on the floor for several months. But yes in normal times if you’re cool with basic furniture you could spend a similar amount! I’ll probably go the secondhand route in the future myself
