There are better bat brands in Kashmir. The likes of KIS, GR8, JK and MJS are more affordable and good in quality. Seems sharks are totally unaware about bat industry in Kashmir. One more thing there is no tennis bat in Kashmir worth 1500. KIS the no 1 brand and popular choice produces best bat and their high end bat costs 3500₹.

I was in Kashmir in 2012 and bought original Kashmir willow bat just at ₹150 …and the width of bat was not uniform but the stroke was excellent and I still use the bat it is one of the best bat I have but the prize they say is of higher end …..
