Shark at crazy remote wedge. Exploring for Tension 11

When I went there the first time the exact same thing happened. As soon as a mate paddled out a shark went straight passed him in the lineup. Then we saw another two while we waited for them to clear off so we could go back out.

Is 11 actually going to be what it could be without a functioning bodyboarding industry behind it? are we going to get legit hardy vs Rawlins or Chad and Brad or Winny. Virtue?
