Well this was a little close for comfort! While fishing off the East Cape of New Zealand, I crossed paths with this feeding shark - it was either a great white or a mako... I'm still not 100% sure. The distance I had between myself and the shark was quickly closed when the seal decided my kayak would be a good hiding spot 😂 while I'm glad to have come away unscathed, this was a truly thrilling experience.
