Hi Daniel, thanks for the useful video! When using the flex function does the bottom part go flat against the floor so you can get under very low furniture? Thanks

Thannks for such a great tutorial. Ive noticed mine lean back a little so it wont stand upright when not in use or charging. Is that how its designed?

I was happy with my new Shark cordless for six months, has great mechanism for picking up pet fur. Over course of time my enthusiasm had waned, parts started failing, parts began to break off. Credit to Shark customer service, they had replaced faulty parts without hassle. Currently I'm having to clean the tubing and vaccuum head due to constant blockage. The suction has deteriorated to such a degree that it's failing to pick up the smallest particle. When it is switched off, the particles will drop on the floor. The dust collecting chamber doesn't stay on, you have to brutally whack it hard to make it stay attached to the motor. It's now emitting terrible screeching sound, like a cat whose just been castrated. I think it's still under warranty? But, I've lost the will to live, as soon as my new Dyson V12 arrives, it's going in the bin.

Ahh man. Sorry to hear, that sounds like a rough experience and not like mine at all! I hope your Dyson makes things better for you! 💪💪

That does not sound good at all. You should just get a complete warranty replacement, these things aren’t exactly cheap! I can’t afford a Dyson, they are over $1000 here in Australia and I’m not spending that kind of money on a vacuum cleaner :/

Does it not have a filter that you need to clean/replace? That's the case on the Dyson equivalents. If you don't clean them every month or two it quickly loses suction.
