Shark Fishing on Logan River Adventure!!

Join us as we go shark fishing on the Logan River! Catching sharks with eels as bait in this local lake is an adventure you won't want to miss.
Using a simple running rig I quickly show what rig it is, for the bait I have used chicken heart- this is obviously full of blood and that will attract eels
Eels are opportunistic feeders. They can be caught on almost any bait but they can also be caught on stink baits as they feed on the scent.
Once I have caught enough for a session for the local river I cut into small chunks 4 to 6 inches pack into a lunch bag and freeze.
Next onto the tidal river in this trip its the Logan river South East Queensland we setup on a small jetty and fish the incoming tide.
As the tide comes in fast 2 sinkers are used to pin the bait on the river bed then sit back and wait for the run.
And in no time time at all the bait is picked up by a perfect miniature Bull Shark.

@@frunce6594 I used 40lb coated wire trace size 4 circle hook and mainline on these reels are 40lb braid Bit overkill for small pups but there maybe a chance of a bigger one
