Might not be a cheap vacuum but it sure is cheaper and better quality than the dyson and with a 5 year warranty to boot!!

Hi Does it work well.on.high pile ?..i have a high pile carpet which current vacuum is unfortunatlychopping up as my beater bar is too aggressive!!..so i am wondering if this is more gentile anday buy it ?x.. ..

We LOVE it! We had to get a replacement inbetween as it was a little faulty (hose kept getting clogged) but Shark's customer service was fantastic. They replaced it right away and the new one works great! x
