OMG, you are my new hero. I thought the bearings or motor had gone out on my favorite cordless vac and was getting ready to purchase a new one. The smaller white end piece had so much carpet fibers wrapped around the little steel pin that the small white piece could not move. Pulled everything out with tweezers and now it works like a champ. I had thoroughly cleaned the roller thinking that was the problem and it still sounded like a motor going out. Was so frustrated, but decided to look one last time on KZbin and found you. Thank you so much!!!

Thank you! I had my brush out but couldn't figure out how to get the white plastic tips off, and the hair under those were what was jamming the motor. I didn't want to go prying before being too sure 😂

Worked like a champ. The hair wasn't visible at all until you completely disassemble it.
