I have the pet hair anti tangle version and it does not do what it says on the instructions. Hair tangles and gathers at the protected end and gets that tight it slows and over heats the vacuum motor. Also you cannot get the hairs out and can only get bits out with a sharp bent needle. So the tightness remains and it is near on impossible to get anything done about it. Dont even try to contact them as you have to go through absolutley stupid procedures to try and remedy the issue. Basically it is a bad design error with an easy design solution. If you don't have a dog that sheds hairs I would reccomend this vac over any other.

Great review. Have been watching several reviews for several different machines and decided on this machine. So glad I did, best vacuum I've ever owned. It's sad that I actually can't wait to vacuum now. Dam I need to get out more!
