I have a question for you about the vacuum. I just put it together and started using it for the first time. But I noticed when I put my hand on the hose. There's no suction? I was trying to do my stairs in my socan't be a blockage. I just took it out of the box and put it together.? Any thoughts?

The Vertex AZ2002 is more powerful than this ZU102 model. The one situation I have read in a few reviews of the ZU102 is that that the motor does get hot, and some customers complain that it does overheat.

Just purchased this sweeper and im very disappointed with it...The suction is terrible...You cant even tell where youve swept....At least with my old shark navigator you could see each path where you had been...$240 down the drain...
