You're only came with one pad? Ours came with 2. And, advice to everyone... The pad is made with microfiber, so don't use fabric softener when you wash it in the machine. The instructions say this, and also to not use powder detergent. Happy cleaning! 💦

Does this steam mop allows you to control the amount of steam that you want? And, does it leaves your floor wet?

It’s in the handle it’s kinda like a pump so the more pumps or back n fourth motions the more steam as for the floors being wet it’s not that bad dries in minutes
