From an investment perspective, each shark was legitimate on their reason for not wanting to invest. They saw the HUGE work and time it would cost to give this item a push. The rest of the sharks never want to help start a business but invest in things that are already up and running, fair enough but I think this episode really shows what Shark Tank should be about.
