Actually for these kinds of investors india is left with only 3 car companies Maruti, mahindra and tata all stated by families with fat bank balance. Obviously in long term he would need to raise thousands of crores to complete or even come close but if you don't even start a seed round he will never reach a thousand crore round which would enable him to build a finished product like the above three.
