I mean it's a premium business lol, not for everyone. I think you have to also consider the convenience aspect. You put down 25k (if you can afford it easily) and they do all the installations and logistical stuff. Everything that's made convenient for you (for example uber eats) usually comes with a premium price tag..

I would personally not buy this, for 20k you can build a concrete small shed with all the amenities, if you also put work on it yourself with a pro builder. But their margins aren't obscene frankly

Only real market for a business like this would be a company leasing these for a couple of months to get things done while construction was being done on their building or if you needed to house people onsite for a few months outside of a main facility like a large construction site for a traveling crew. In any other instance, there are many better options.

Down the street from me some company bought a lot to build condos. It got shot down by the city. They changed some stuff and got approval. What they built was repurposed shipping containers repurposed into living spaces. They are stacked on top of each other and side by side. ( Think of the stacks from ready player one ) They look good inside but im not spending 2500 to live in one
