Not if youre buying them by the truck loads. If a company like PF Changs pays 2 cents more for 500k of chopsticks, its an extra 10k in costs for a marginally better option that most people wont even notice. Plus youd have to teach people how to use it vs. what theyve been accustomed to for a really long time. If shes not at or below the other options, her business will be a niche option or a non-existant one.

She handled the rejections with class. To be able to get these big clients, she is clearly highly capable and driven than they gave her credit for. This is pretty normal in universities across all fields- the teachers are academics, doing research, without necessarily having specific job experience outside of that. It’s not a perfect system, but it doesn’t make the teaching worthless. Likewise, being a high achiever at something doesn’t automatically mean you’ll be a good teacher.
