Their actual GTM is Airlines and Railways as the product usage is hassle free and it offers variety to consumers, selling it on the railways and airlines would be a win-win for both the one serving and the consumer as it would be easy to serve and fun to drink! Pity that they missed the most crucial Sector and that they don't even have it in their consideration.

People going on mountains for trekking..or avid travellers can also carry this... recently I was traveling and I was carrying chai premix and it's per unit was more expensive than this 22 rs. Cup...if you're traveling outside India..and want something to drink without splurging..this can be your alternative..

IIT delhi guy developed same concept cups say back in 2019. With limited flavors. They used to provide these cups within a vending suport . These guys just added packaging and new flavours.

It should be mandatory that unless a Tech or Edutainment product... Food, Cosmetics, Fashion, Product based brands can only apply after 1-3 years of sale, it gives Sharks a better idea for Market Fit & Acceptance, it also gives them more trust, and better numbers for the business owners. While a good marketing tactic to use Shark Tank as a platform, too early on might push the business side to a back seat temporarily, and might also mess up your valuation.

In places like India and the GCC countries, black tea is the go-to choice overshadowing green tea. Here in the UAE, everyone's crazy about "karak chai" (tea with milk), that even McDonald's sells it under their McCafe brand. Despite efforts by different companies to ride on this karak tea culture here by pushing things like instant karak chai powder in sachets and cups but they seem to vanish from the shelves after a few months. So, it's hard to imagine how green tea, which isn't as popular, could even make much of a splash. It feels more like a passion project than something that really addresses what people want.

5 generation chai mein hain lekin inko pata nahin ki paper cup mein leaf tea sabse taste kharab ho jata hain. Wax/plastic layer jo rehta hain it impacts the taste. Glass and ceramic is always the best to have leaf tea of any sort as it has neutral flavour

None of the sharks pointed out adverse health effects on regularly using paper cups (bcs of plastic lining inside the cups) and environmental impact of disposable cups. Tea bags alone is the better market fit simply they can put instructions on the packet, mention brewing time to get the exact flavour what they are claiming. By doing this they can reduce the cost as well.
