Just buy 5 or 10 resistance bands of diff resistance from 5 kgs to 100kgs with door anchor which will come in 10k and buy a smartwatch for all the statistics and if you are in advanced training and want to do pullups and chest buy a bar and chair which will cost 15k maximum so 30k would be enough for home gym i guess
