@@roadpilottechnologiespvtlt6022 damn. Looks like I caught your attention. Well there's a few suggestions I'd like to make and then it can further be your call to take them or not. I feel a business can be made out of this but it won't be very scalable, but still if you're adamant enough it might eventually scale to unexpected heights. First you'll need to stop taking money from truck drivers and instead take money from fleet owners. Truck drivers barely make pennies so please stop looting them, and in fact it's also one of the primary reasons of extremely low user retention on your app. Establish some form of assessment system so fleet owners can test and talk things out with truck drivers directly over your app. It increases ur user retention, churn rate and also the trust that will be established between the fleet owner and the truck driver before the driver is put on any task. Second, technology should be your medium not your product. You have to realise that road pilot is not a product based company but a b2b service provider, a medium. So your technology should be a medium as well and not your primary focus. Instead you should try increasing your network. The network of fleet owners and truck drivers that you know. Once you have a significantly big network, you could bring them over your app and that would sky rocket your business. So instead of trying to promote your app try to market out your brand. Third, expand your total addressable market. Don't only target fleet owners but any other form of organizations that are into transportation business. It can be a shipping company, a cross border delivery company, even factories and companies that directly deliver their products to their clients. All of such organizations definitely need truck drivers which are not easy to find(as said in your own words). They are all your business! Fourth, yes I said technology is your medium so it shouldn't be your primary focus, but please improve it. Not only the look and feel of the app, but the user flow also needs to be worked upon. It's still horrendous and needs a lot of work if you want to make that a medium. Though to be fair, my suggestion would be to scrap the app and instead just make a website that's responsive to all devices and easy to use for anyone and everyone irrespective of their education level.
