I appreciate that they had the courage to reject 4 Sharks in that moment. Saving your equity is good. But I think they have made a blunder by rejecting the power of 4 Sharks at 8% dilution. They will really miss the value those 4 Sharks would have brought to the table especially Piyush Bansal. If they don't want to dilute this much they would have countered only to Piyush and Anupam for 5 or 6%. And they desperately need a designated CEO to run the company otherwise there will be conflict of interests.

Ok so basically all sharks were ready to invest if each one had 2 percent equity but the pitcher wasn't ready to give more than 5 percent equity In this case they should have asked for two investors for 5 percent equity because then each one would get 2.5 percent and it would help the company also , this could be the counter offer (If they feel it's worth to give 5 percent for 2 sharks only )
