It's about the same as Alternative. Free lv 7 body on the field. A red-eyes metal morph hybrid deck... it's alright as a secondary play if you don't draw red-eyes fusion but meteor + inferno fire blast + Fullmetal dragon means your opponent has to out an untargetable + indestructible Fullmetal before putting down anything with 2800 or more attack.

So you definitely want to run Red Eyes Soul in the deck as Red Eyes Metal Claw is an excellent target for it in the deck and you even have the Zoa retrain to give the opponent the opportunity to summon a monster to trigger its effect. Great in Red Eyes, and if you're going with a more pure Max Metalmorph build you could run the Giltia retrain to help you search either Red Eyes Metal Claw or Soul all while having a target for Metalflame Swordsman.
