Sharla, I am not sure if you can get it in Japan but maybe you will find it on iherb but Sambucol works WONDERS for me when I am sick. It's 100% natural Black Elderberry extract and it lessens cold and flu duration by 3 days and actually makes you feel better not long after taking it. I pretty much do not take anything else for cold or flus now, as nothing else works as well for me and a lot of the people I have suggested it to have said it worked well for them too. I thought you may wanna try it out. I also find it's about the same price for other cold and flu medications. I assure you I am not a salesperson for Sambucol but I really not recommend it enough because it really is amazing.

Ginseng is such a Korean thing. My boyfriend's mom is Korean, and she has a huge box of ginseng supplements, and they sell them at our local Korean supermarket. Your kitties are always so pretty ❤️ Maro looks like they could draw him, and he'd be perfect for a Miyazaki film or something, lol. Your food looks so good! Looking forward to another fit update. I'm half-assing mine. But I'm writing all my food down in a journal, so I can at least see when things work for me, or when I'm being bad.
