The flower you pointed out: is a blue hydrangea. My mom grew a lot of them. She had a massive garden surrounding our house. It was beautifully put together on an acre of land, with a small forest of their own, in behind. I'm turning 26 in January, my name is Maggee, and I'm on the coastal side of BC, Canada🖐 She passed away this August, after my parents had to leave their house behind. It's been a long night. I'm having some PTSD. I always look forward to your videos. They always put me in a good place. Thank you 💛

6:59 I've done a hot sauna outside at Lake Tahoe in the winter and jumped into a snow bank. You can walk from the sauna back to your room without a problem once your core temperature is that high, even with just shorts on and barefoot . Even with some wind it was still comfortable. The ice plunge is what can be pretty cold but you're practically seconds from your room or back into the hot tub so it's not that bad and it does help you sleep. Its like a 4 hour workout that leaves you completely relaxed.
