New Years Eve/Old Years Day Guyanese Red Peas Cook up Rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 pound of Oxtails
1/4 pound of Turkey neck
1/4 pound of chicken foot
Meat seasoning
4 tbsp green seasoning (fine thyme, broad leaf thyme, green onions, garlic, pepper)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cassava cassareep
Rice ingredients
1 1/2 cups of rice
1 cup of red peas
The milk of 1 coconut (4 cups +2 cups of water)
2 broad leaf thyme
12-15 stems of fine thyme
5 mari wirrie peppers
2 lg green onions
1 1/2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 head Bok Choy
1 carrot
5 ochro
1 1/2 tsp cook up seasoning
1 tsp Chinese spice
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cassava cassareep
