​@alexlazebat839 it was vinnicombe's body they found a year later (the boss of the firm) hence why Den knew and came back to the country to see his own fake funeral, but by then jack Dalton had taken charge hence why Den fled the country as soon as possible. It's only when Jack was dead Den thought it was safe for him to come back.

@@alexlazebat839the police gave up searching for Den’s body until after the funeral when Sharon found his ring in the market and she found who found it and where and called the police and they searched the canal and found a body and just assumed it was Den’s. No teeth for an ID as Dennis explained to Sharon
