Ok Howie… I developed type 2 diabetes when pregnant with my 3rd child. Here’s the thing I am allergic to insulin and started taking G5 for medical reasons in 2016. Ozempic is a brand name it comes in many others names. This G5 class of drugs replaces the functioning of what healthy organs should be doing. Sharon’s use of this drug for weightloss created a problem for her because she did not need insulin replacement, therefore now her pancreas and liver are responding as if she is a type 1 diabetic and hence why she cannot gain weight and is so thin. Her organs adjusted to a drug she did not need and now her once healthy organs do not function on their own. No celebrity should be promoting this class of drugs to anyone as a weightloss drug. Not forgetting that those who medically require this medicine have gone through months of shortage so those who can afford it look good with no regard for others. Vanity verses practicality will always have a reckoning. Sharon needs to see an endocrinologist stat!

Her, Oprah, Mindi Kahling, all have gone up and down but took forever, then comes Ozempic and boom! But won’t admit it. We aren’t stupid . Khloe Kardashian is another, says she’s working hard at the gym, have you ever watched her gym routine, it’s hilarious! If that’s how why did you not get this skinny years ago? The other ones, Kim, Kylie, said no carbs and working out, that’s hoe I ruined the Monroe dress, I’m calling bull crap! My Dr said insurance doesn’t cover unless you are diabetic, $1400 per month, and the backlog is crazy! He has patients still waiting on theirs. Let’s also say these women are older, at a time metabolism slows and it’s harder to lose weight, but now all of a sudden they’re skinny as a rail!!!

I know some people can't, but I did. And kept it off. Learn to cook. Eat well. The weight comes off faster than you can believe. Your stomach gets smaller, you eat less. Fresh super flavorful spicy food as you like. No prepackaged processed foods. None. I can eat all the stir fry veges salmon chicken and I love pork that i want. It filling and nutrition. McDonalds is poison. All super home made delicious food. All the cooking videos are on KZbin now. No excuses. You don't need a nasty drug. You just don't.

I knew someone who was taking it and she said the same thing, she had a weight goal in mind but she was fascinated by how quickly she loss the weight and ended up losing far more weight than she wanted. She started in a size 12 and dropped to a size 4. Her insides were so messed up that she hadn't pooped in three months smh...I sense some lawsuits coming. Especially after Oprah started talking about how good it is #theOprahAffect

I was on Trulicity for diabetes for three years then a few months ago l couldn't get it so the doctor switched me to Ozempic. I have only taken it for three weeks and l don't have much of an appetite and have trouble finishing meals. I worry about the risk of pancreatitis, liver and kidney problems. I heard some people have had stomach paralysis and are suing the drug company.

Yeah I heard that it's bad for you. I recently lost a bunch of weight. It's all calories in and out. If a person takes in less calories than there body needs they'll lose weight no matter what. People want a magic medication to do all of the work when in reality it comes down to calories. Celebrities have the world's best doctors monitoring their health when they do this stuff while the average person can't afford it and will often harm themselves. I recently had digestive issues and my gallbladder removed which was horrible so it's not worth risking your health over medications.

You are Lucky that you still survived with all that weight loss and side effects that you experienced from OZEMPIC. Maybe not so lucky for others.. So far, not enough known about using this OZEMPIC on a long term or short.term basis. Studies were not conducted long enough. I wont use it, eventhough i really need it. I already experienced gallbladder removal, panrceatitus and bowel blockage without the use of OZEMPIC. It was all too painful and above all, i wont want the possibility of repeating it again by any of OZEMPIC 's possible side effects that included some or all of the above.
@julieb32406 ай бұрын
I think that's the problem with correlating all of these side effects with the drug itself in all cases. A lot of people who get on it are at risk for a lot of these side effects to begin with and it would have probably happened with or without the drug.

It's nice to see a clip about Ozempic that's not trying to scare the crap out of everyone for the sake of more clicks. I was prescribed Ozempic a few weeks ago, but I hesitated for 2 weeks before taking my first dose because of all the negative KZbin videos. That's two weeks wasted over nothing, and I'm kicking myself. Goodonya, Sharon!

I'm on Wegovy. I was in a calorie deficit for almost a year, nutritionist, and personal trainer...never lost weight. And it just guts you to try so hard to get healthy and never lose more than 5 pounds that you gain back. Then a drug comes along and suddenly the impossible is possible. I'm losing weight, but more importantly my thoughts are my own. I don't think about food constantly. I cannot explain what it feels like to suddenly just have control over my thoughts. I ate clean, I ate healthy, but no matter what I did, I thought about food non-stop. And now its all gone. No more meal planning, no more eating one thing while thinking about what you really want to eat. No more constantly feeling hungry no matter what I eat. No more wanting more and not being able to have more and just riding out feeling hungry. I'm free. Reading, taking a walk, working...all the while just being in the moment. I'm not ashamed. I now have a chance at living a long life with my husband, because there are no old fat people. I'd take this injection in my freaking eye if that's what it took. I just want a chance at living and not being buried in a special large casket like my grandmother.

I tried Ozempic and I lost most of my hair. It’s been almost two years since I stopped injecting and my hair is finally growing and looking healthy again. The worst part was, I only lost 10 kilos using ozempic, but that was also in conjunction with dieting and exercise. Just taking ozempic, I would not have lost any weight. I wish I never tried it. I had healthy long hair down to my waist and it’s going to take many years to grow it back.
