Sharon Tate is without a doubt the most stunning actress I have ever seen.She was made for the camera. And the fact that she was beautiful inside and out makes her so much better.

Sharon was really great in this role, it’s a shame that the other directors she worked with weren’t able to bring out this talent. I think she had a lot of potential, but her beauty seemed to be the focus. That was probably frustrating for her as an actress.
@stickman17425 жыл бұрын
She was just starting out and didn't have many roles so I don't think there was enough time to criticize directors or for her to get frustrated. We'll never know what her career would have been like.
@Skierxman5 жыл бұрын
She lacked emotional range in her performances. Her dialogue was always monotone and one dimensional. She definitely needed more work in this area in order to land complex acting roles. She wasn’t yet ready for that. Unfortunately her life was tragically cut short so we will never know har far she would have made it.

@@annaritaranalli1791thank you for pointing this out as to her being dubbed! I had to argue this with some crazy fan of hers many years ago who insisted it was her voice. I had to remind them that the only time that you hear Sharon’s voice is in the trailer. At this point in Sharon’s acting studies, there’s no way she would have perfected an accent like this. Also this vocal in no way was in her range for a tone at all. Lines spoken in this scene that are in the trailer aren’t in an English accent.

Sharon does a great job at the hypnotizing voice. Her monotone is perfect for it.

Actually since it does not sound like her voice, it was probably dubbed by another actress. Wasn't uncommon back then when a different accent was required.

Tate pulls off the occult character very well. Very underrated actress. In an interview she related two paranormal events in her life, so I think she had some "connection" with the Spirit World, and you can see some of that "connection" in her performance in this film. There is an otherworldly aspect to her portrayal of this character.

Omg I don’t care what anyone may say in critique of Sharon.. for this being her very first role she does an amazing job and this only one of a few scenes I’ve seen from this film.. I’m gonna go watch this movie now! I actually love old movies and I think a lot of the films made a while back like in the 1960s were much better than a lot of the trash floating around nowadays. Sharon was so beautiful in and out.. as many people have said she was made to be on the screen😊 what a lovely woman.. the more I read about her and see the more I fall in love 😍
