I remember the subtle hints they would give about them. especially that episode where Disher finds out about the mafia guy was lying to her and he tells her the truth and they have a moment. I was like yeah this is gonna go somewhere. It's a shame she left the show. there could have been a lot of cuter moments where we see their relationship grow.

The Sharona-Disher flirting was one of the things that made the show so good. When Sharona left, Randy's character had nothing to do except look dumb and drive the poor Captain nuts. Natalie is fine, but Sharona's exit was a real loss. Wish we had a whole season with both Sharona and Natalie.

I've literally been watching monk since birth and I would slightly consider myself an expert considering that I've seen every episode at least 30 times without exaggeration. Trust me she may be off at the beginning but it gets way better.

It took me a while to decide. During my second watching through all the episodes, I realized that I like Sharona better. I realized a few things about Natalie that I wasn't fond of. If I met someone just like Sharona, she and I would not get along at all (haha) but I think she's so great.
