Hi sharona! I know you usually stick to knee friendly workouts but do you think you could do a trampoline workout? If you dont have a trampoline mabye do exercises that could be jumped?

I unfortunately don’t own a trampoline. Most of my workouts are listed as “knee friendly” but the workout itself actually does have jumping etc because most of the times I provide modifications to make them knee friendly. (hope that makes sense) ❤️❤️
