Rengar could still auto if he clicked again, but Scrub let the champ auto attack on its own for a second before clicking again. The champ should have stayed in combat, but instead it ended combat after the Profane active and just stood still, even though he didn't initiate a secondary click. Rengar ended combat which made him stop following and attacking the Hwei, which lost him the kill. This is a very common bug, like Scrub said, and it is extremely obvious how common it is if you play top and initiate combat very often while pathing through minions.

Rengar is not broken, but he's not shit either. He's amazing for one tricks just like he always is. He's one of the hardest champs in the game. When every Rengar player can pick up Rengar and get diamond or master, then the champ is too strong.
