I have one of these stores an hour from me, is there any specific day that i should go to get good deals?

They have good deals all the time. If you are picky about expiration dates, pay close attention to them. A lot of their meat is frozen. Being a grocery outlet items change frequently, and if you get something once odds are slim getting it again next time. They are closed on Sundays. We drive an hour and a half to ours and find it worth the drive.
