This is so unrealistic. “I don’t have time to explain” it took her less than 10 seconds to explain after leaving the room. I doubt the writers would’ve used that plot for two male doctors

no she had no time to explain to sharpe who this entire scene had been combative and argumentative basically she had ZERO time to have to defend her idea to sharpe when sharpe would have stood there arguing instead of listening the whole scene she was just sniping at bloom and getting pissy with bloom any time she had a diffirent idea and end of the day they were blooms paients and it was her emergency room she had authority the second she told sharpe no sharpe should have backed down instead of overruling the person who had the authority in that room.

Whether or not Sharpe wanted to listen, Bloom is still obligated to give a reasoning to her treatment proposal, "it's my gut instinct" is no where close to acceptable. Moreover, that stunt with locking the doors should get her reported.

I was really confused, so incase someone else is: The Angel's Share is the name for the amount of distilled spirits that is lost during barrel aging. Wood is porous, it can flex with the seasons, and climate has a lot to do with rate of evaporation too. You are allowed to write off that Angel's Share on taxes, so what I gather here is that instead of evaporation getting the alcohol, they were opening barrels that weren't finished fermenting and being the "Angels" themselves. Oropharyngeal Tularemia which is why she diagnosed them with is cause by a type of bacteria you can catch from bug bites, infected animals, and contaminated food and drink. About the only way they didn't get it was from bug bites with the hardcore pesticides they were using! This took a bit of research, I hope it's appreciated!
