Coaching staff really needs to get back to the dominant defense really missing the bosa brothers and chase young haven’t had a player on that side of the ball he dominate in a while need to start making it a real priority. In my opinion we’ve been the best team the last 5 years just can’t win the big game

Unfortunately Inniss’ highschool doesn’t allow for early graduation, so he isn’t enrolled at Ohio State yet and won’t be playing in the spring game.

Innis didn't enroll early he won't be playing in the spring game. But he will be here in the fall. Even so I think he will have some impact his freshman year.

I don't believe Inniss was hurt at all his Junior year. He doesn't have great WR stats Jr year because he had to switch to QB after his was injured early in the season. Out of the WR's I could see him getting the most early action even though he isn't going to be there for spring. This is mainly because his technical game is miles ahead of what a freshman's should be. Tate is kind of in the same boat, but he does have an advantage for being there in the Spring. I just see Inniss kind of taking over the JSN role that we missed out on this past year.

Honestly, the only true Freshman that will start ( barring any injuries ) Is Jermaine Mathews….even then- he’s going to have to beat out atleast 2 of these guys - Burke, Hancock, Davison I personally think he will be a starting CB by end of October Innis & Tate will not start this year.

I'm not sure about injuries he suffered, but Brandon Inniss didn't play WR his Jr. season because their QB got injured and he was asked to play QB (which he did), then he went back to WR for his Sr. season.

Calvin and Brandon aren’t early enrollees so they won’t be in the spring game. Also Brandon was never injured in high school so I’m not sure where you got that. He played his entire senior year and played QB his junior year bc his QB was injured and therefore he didn’t play WR much. Arvell Reesecwont take a snap as a freshman bc both of our LBs are back and very very good and OSU only plays 2 LBs on the field. If someone were to get hurt, CJ Hicks would play.

Hartline makes WR better with route running and first steps off the line. He was a great receiver because of his route running so if these kids have speed and hands they will go NFL because Brian adds that route running. None of these guys will be better than MHJ. I could understand why you would see that. I think the difference in the two honestly is just competition level in high school. Inniss is out of South Florida (Hotbed of athletes) and Fleming was playing a lot lesser competition in PA. Inniss might come in a little more ready to play year 1 and 2 then Fleming was. I still think Fleming will do very well this year if the surgery he had helped his shoulder.
