I was in a restroom that had a Mansfield Quantum that was cracked at the flange bolts. When one flushed water came gushing out...thank goodness the whole restroom is going to be redone very soon (all newer junk currently in it anyway)

Very nice restroom - bright color scheme with the wall tiles and all the Kohler fixtures are decent (the left hand stall Kohler toilet needs to be bolted down as there is a serious risk of leakage from the trap outlet flange gasket if the bowl is pushed too far off it's central fixing point).
