Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

As a matter of fact they either wrote him as the exact opposite of the traits mentioned there or ignored them. You know something's wrong when toy manufacturers have a better grip on the characters than DC does...

Man, if I didn’t have a DC collectibles Nightwing, this one would be a no-brainer! I feel like Todd was really receptive to critiques on past Nightwing figures. Love the headsculpt (would prefer a smiling face, tho.) Paint and sculpt details are immaculate (love the sculpted logo and blue highlights.) love the decent-sized Eskrima sticks (DC collectibles ones are WAY too small, and have nowhere to store.) Seriously considering getting this one to open, and keeping the Collectibles MOC.

Agghhh, I want to like that nightwing so much but those legs tho, and the scale is an issue cause he's my favorite (soon to be formally known as) DC character, who I really want to do a shoot with him sparing off against gambit (cajun winning of course), but he would dwarf him in scale so, PASSS!!! I like the Batgirl but she is definitely too big. I don't know much about the Batman who Laughs but I think the figure looks fantastic. A while back, I had ordered the Nightwing with the blue design by DC Essentials from a supplemental seller on Amazon. They sent the 4 inch Missions instead. Gladly, I got my $$ back, but I haven't seen the figure at a price I've liked since. Then this came out. I picked it up and feel like I've got the best representation. I also have the Capullo design in red and the DC Armory version. Could there be another 6 or 7 inch scale to get?

By the way, your talk of scale made me curious. So I looked at the Trading Cards that came with the figures that have their stats. Batgirl and Nightwing being close to the same size is actually accurate. Batgirl is 5'9 and Nightwing is 5'10. So if Batgirl needs to be shorter so does Nightwing because both Batman and BWL come in at 6'2.

Man I really can't critize those works. Cause the articulation is superb, and I know mcfarlane makes lots of statues so I think they stepped on the first missing point, which is articulation itself: they didn't have any and now its great. The next step are the sculpting and the painting

Damn this line to hell. Glad I waited on getting Batman. Scales wrong, the animated ones sucked. They could have done something special. I personally did not like TBWL when I saw him at my BAM. The fact the scales wrong makes me stay away. If Batgirl is that big then how big will the Robins be? I did get the Hellbat though. The pegs are full of series one right now in my area.
