Prepare to hear this over and over again but there are 2 pegs that swing forward that connect to his fake windshield sides to stop his car fenders from moving out when you move the arms out. Also if you press hard enough on his bumper butt, it snaps into place and stops moving. I demonstrate all that in my transformation.

That’s unbelievable. I’ve messed with this figure countless times and haven’t noticed that. Rear fenders were tight so it wasn’t a problem before but I like how it keeps his fake side windows stationary thanks!

This figure is AMAZING! From the excellent alt mode to the excellent robot mode and all the amazing thought and engineering that went into this guy. I am so glad I did not get any of the third party offerings because Takara hit it out of the park with this guy. Thanks for the review.

Such a cool Transformer! I always loved the Lamborghini Countach design. When I was a kid this was easily my favorite car. The pop up head lights were a nice touch on this. That’s a feature you rarely see even on a high end diecast car. Cool review!

The damaged sections on the side of his blower scoops are simply where the pieces were cut off of the sprue. They tried to touch it up with what almost looks like a chrome pen.

that sucks about the paint chips on yours. mine had some on is left leg and i was able to touch it up with a yellow gundam marker and a fine point tamiya cotton swab. It looks good now :)

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of this figure. It's good, don't get me wrong. However, I never felt anything towards Sunstreaker, so I'm going to give this a pass. Especially for that price. Great review though Shartimus.

Sunstreaker is not "just a yellow Sideswipe". Their robot modes are completely different with 0 similarities and Sideswipe doesn't have the supercharger in his vehicle mode. I think you're thinking of Tigertrack. Also the Datsun brothers have already been made years ago.
