ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

My ranking: 1-The Void--just chef's kiss amazing! 2-Power Princess--Fantastic all around! Now for a new Valkyrie (Brunnhilde) and Titania! 3-Crystar--Super cool design, and paves the way for Martinex! 4-Justice--Mostly for the nostalgia (I also want a classic Marvel Boy for the New Warriors display) 5-Namorita--Same as Justice 6-Vision--He's cool, and he'll go great in my West Coast Avengers display. But we've gotten so many Visions over the last few years... 7-Black Panther--He's fine. 8-Savage Namor--Meh.

The Void BAF is one of those figures that shows how the Marvel Legends BAFs could be at their best, and SHOULD BE imo.

The All-Father BAF Sentry was the first Marvel Legends figure I bought (on release) after deciding to get into collecting the line (had some Spidey figures before then). Since then, my Legendary collection has gotten out of hand but I still have that Sentry and the Walgreens version on my shelf waiting for this BAF to arrive from @nerdzoic ‘s shop!

Thanks for the review and happy to see someone share the enthusiasm for the Void! Also the stopmotion gave me a good laugh haha! Yeah the Void was one of my longtime wishes from Hasbro and I'm glad they went for his "crab" appearance from Siege since that design always looked the most unique to me and Hasbro totally nailed it. It's nice to finally have a figure of the Void to pair with Sentry.👍

I skipped the wave, and just bought this baf. It actually just arrived today. I don't like how easy the top tentacles come off. I ended up just taking off all the tentacles for now. Im still gonna go buy some of the wave. Namorita for sure. The head sculpt is the best part imo.

Exactly the same thoughts. Vision is awesome, but I also love the last four versions… meanwhile I’m still waiting for a Black Panther to replace Toybiz. Would have preferred blonde Namorita and MarvelBoy. Power Princess is gorgeous and perfect for more goddess characters like Enchantress or Sersi, but she can’t hold her shield, yet they give Crystar a different one. Are they going back to plastic shells, or did someone miss the memo? And is that Jar Lee art on the Namor box?

I am a huge fan of this wave, my least desired figure from this wave, is ironically the void, but having seen this video, he does look really cool. (and yes, I'm with you on the Namorita figure, it's not my Namorita, even if it's a cool figure) The Justice figure doesn't bother me as much. I'm not a collector for posing as much as others, so some of the quality of action isn't that big of a deal, I'm more of a collector for characters and shelfs, so more variety and more comic characters always helps out. (I will be the last person who pushes for a comic accurate figure, I just want a figure that accurately represents the character, considering all the different artists interpretations) This wave is the easiest to justify for me. Even without a baf, I was probably going to buy every figure in the wave. I might have hesitated on Vision, simply because I have a couple of versions of him already. And same with Black Panther, but this version really does look more regal. (Namor is different enough that it's really a different "version" of him that we haven't gotten before.)
