Central New York Responses That is Goodwill’s tanker they are replacing the 1994 Pierce Tanker For the 2019 Western Star Alexis Tanker

No the Goodwill tanker is an addition to the fire department, not a replacing. Goodwill fire department and I were messaging each other, they said that their new tanker is an addition.

It's not a tornado siren, it's the fire company's house siren, which goes off when there is a fire call... pretty much every company that hosts a lights and sirens parade, and has s house siren, will turn it on when the parade starts.
